Strategic Lines of Effort (LOE)
Governance & Policy Reform:
Eliminate systemic and institutionalized corruption through strong political, economic, legislative and institutional reforms. Reforms must be insulated from each incumbent administration ensuring consistent enforcement. This is a generational effort to achieve a cultural shift and requiring national discipline. Fighting corruption through deterrence is not sufficient and must be taught, imparted and seen as a civic duty especially by the younger generation.Infrastructure Transformation:
Invest massively in roads, bridges, ports, industries like steel mills and utilities to create a robust foundation for industrial growth and global trade.Investor-Friendly Climate:
Establish transparent, predictable policies that attract local and foreign investors, encourage technology transfer, and foster long-term partnerships. Meaningful reforms of the government bureaucracy. Foster and promote efficiency.Education & Workforce Development:
Prioritize education and skills training to build a future-ready workforce capable of sustaining industrialization and driving innovation.
